Information we collect
The information depends on how you use the program. Public browsing requires less information than an application, account, or competition submission.
- Application details such as your X or Telegram handle, region, languages, content formats, audience range, previous work, pitch, referral information, and preferred contact method.
- Account and verification data used to connect Telegram, verify an X profile, operate creator access, prevent duplicate applications, and recover an application claim.
- Season evidence, public post links, community activity, scores, reports, review decisions, rewards, and operational records needed to run and audit a program.
- Security and technical data such as one-way hashes of an IP address and browser identifier, authentication records, locale preference, and limited public-page usage analytics.
How we use information
We use information to review applications, verify eligibility and public work, manage regional programs, calculate or review results, issue access, communicate operational updates, protect the program, resolve disputes, and improve website reliability. We limit access to people who need the information for those purposes.
Services and disclosures
Infrastructure and security providers may process data on our behalf. X, Telegram, or another platform named in regional rules may be used to verify public profiles or submitted evidence. Google Analytics automatically receives limited page-visit events on reviewed public marketing pages, without query strings, advertising signals, application pages, legal pages, or authenticated pages. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect participants and the program.
Storage, retention, and security
Application, verification, season, and audit records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for program operations, security, dispute handling, financial records, and legal obligations. Authentication and recovery credentials expire, are restricted, and are not published. We use access controls, minimized public responses, encryption in transit, hashed security identifiers, and operational logging, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Preferences, cookies, and analytics
Essential cookies or local preferences may remember language, secure a signed-in session, prevent request forgery, or recover a Telegram application link. Limited Google Analytics runs automatically only on reviewed public marketing pages and is excluded from application, legal, authentication, and authenticated workspace pages. Browser storage can be cleared at any time; doing so may sign you out or remove a saved recovery or language preference.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to or withdraw optional processing. Contact the verified regional account listed in the Communities directory and identify the relevant application or creator profile. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where security, financial, dispute, or legal requirements apply.
International program and updates
TRON Global Friends operates across regions, so information may be processed outside your country by the program team and service providers subject to appropriate safeguards. Regional competition notices can add more specific disclosures. We may update this policy when the program or law changes and will publish the new date on this page.
